CurrentDirect inventory management, pricing, publisher relations, and overall course materials operations with 11 team members and multi-million dollar department and physical course material procurement budget. Develop and implement strategic vision establishing sales and inventory forecasting as well as sourcing / acquisition strategies for Course Materials department ($900M physical and digital business / 2M+ book titles) with full P&L accountability. Oversee system business requirements and process improvement. Champion business development including lead generation and retail operations support. Build and foster vendor relationships.
