The position of Operations Director includes but is not limited to the following: Managing day to day operations, oversight of Residential and Outpatient facilities, direct contact with Clinical Directors and staff, oversight of contractor agreements and relationships, fostering community partnerships, overall program development, supervising recovery coaches/case managers as well as administrative staff, logistic and administrative implementation, interface with admissions and marketing, UA lab interfacing, and supervision of sober living community. Operations Director is responsible for oversight of State licensure and The Joint Commission Accreditation.
