Responsible for the management of course and content development, training delivery processes, the management of resources to deliver the content and ongoing performance management to ensure training is efficient and effective.

Provide over-the-phone interpretation services to various sectors such as medical, emergency services (US 911, UK 999), finance, government, correctional facilities etc. PEAK certificate holder (more than 2,000 active interpreting hours).

Assess and determine business needs; develop, facilitate and supervise training programs that address those needs.Review existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning and retention, and to meet the changing needs of the client.Define training and workshop goals, objective and target population.Evaluate.

Create lesson plans/ materials and devise assessment strategies and solutions.Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate and effective.Report on the required training needs; create training and workshop proposals and deliver applicable training programs.

Train and equip new hires with interpreting knowledge and skills.Compile training manuals and other training aids, organise and maintain files for future use and reference.Assist Lead Trainer to ensure goals and objectives of the program are being met.
