Flow Manager in a green field project in charge of starting up parts of the flow. Also in charge of management of instructors and employment of future operators.

Internal consulting within the manufacturing program with Lean and Six Sigma as specialty.The role is to execute and participate in the change process, improvement initiatives and problem solving according to the Business System Future State and the change model tool box. Project leader in:- 2 week brown field project where we transferred knowledge in the method of setting up a facility within Heating business in California. - 14 weeks lead time reduction project at a medtech facility in UK focusing on delivering the foundation for reduction of 40%. This was achieved by flow improvements, performance management and 5s. - 8 weeks management coaching project to re-kindle change management within Swedish steel plant organisation of 1 production manager and 6 flow managers resulting in 1 performance management, 1 standardized work, 1 TPM and 1 quality initiative. Project member in:- 16 weeks Quality initiative at the rolling mill in resulting in 0,8 percent units improvement which is equivalent to roughly 40 tons per month.- 11 productivity diagnoses (in Sweden, US, Canada, Czech Republic & France) each lasting 1 week finding between 10 and 25% productivity increases per diagnose.- 20 weeks Transformation initiative at 2 medtech facilities in USA to transform from a general shop to a cellular based manufacturer. Resulting in a delivery precision improvement from 20-30% to 70-80%.- 2 brown field projects in Sweden in designing layout and manning. Both inside the projects and within the Navigator program I have held training's in Quality, Six Sigma, Flow (Lean Game), Lean 101 etc.
