Sales, Communications, and Project planning are in my DNA. Working full-time and pursuing an MBA (2025) I have had a robust career in different industries including Health Insurance, Fashion Retail, and Long Term Care Pharmacy. While being a full-time Mom to 4, I spent 16 years volunteering in leadership experiences. Along with many career and leadership professional skills, I bring vast experiences and knowledge to the table. I have a high level of energy, compassion, and creativity. I will leverage my skills and leadership qualities to bring value to the org, help boost brand awareness, cultivate employee engagement, and grow revenue through acquisition and retention. My strongest character strengths are Ideation and Strategic. When I see a gap, I have outside-the-box problem-solving skills to find solutions, which makes me an excellent consultative sales professional. Networking is a strength of mine; I am very resourceful in finding people to help collaborate on ideas and solutions. Since I look through the lens of empathy and compassion when solving a challenge, I am human-centric with my approach to colleagues, and gosh darn, people like me!I studied Innovation and use design thinking methods to solve problems. I am a storyteller at heart, thus my infinity to be a brand ambassador. A compelling narrative needs robust content, which I enjoy curating. A memorable first impression is vital to a successful customer experience. Small details, which make the biggest difference, are important to me. Whether an internal or external customer, how I positively lead, treat people, and how I made them feel is why I frequently hear "of course, I remember you, PJ Wolf!"
