A result oriented professional with nearly 27 years of experience with proven skill in coal mine business development, Mining operation, mining project activities, mine acquisition and coal mine MDO project. Proven skill in identifying new mineral blocks, acquisition of mine, Environment Clearance and Forest Clearance from Ministry of Environment and Forest (MOEF & CC), Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate from State Pollution Control Board, permission from Director General of Mine Safety (DGMS) and other agencies for the operation of the mine. Liaison with State and Central Government agencies like MOEF &CC, Geology and Mining Department, Pollution Control Board, CMPDI and DGMS for applicable approvals and licenses for the new Mining blocks acquisition, Mineral Exploration, opening and operation of the mines. Preparing MIS for the mining operation KPI and for business development to prepare strategy by sourcing different information platforms available. Preparation of annual revenue/capital and production budget for mine unit and monitoring the expenses with the help of ERP –SAP system and Monthly Performance review. Liaison with officials/ authorities for identifying suitable tenders of construction contracts and participation in the tendering process, concluding the contract agreement with the client. Rich experience in Mine Production Planning, Drilling and blasting operation, HEMM Maintenance, Quality, Health, imparting training, Safety Management. Proven skills in managing the Mining Operations including contractual operation ensuring optimal utilization of resources and monitoring productivity, expenses to achieve the performance targets. Possess knowledge on Basic knowledge on MS Project-2010, Auto CAD-10.0 and hands-on experience in ERP software- SAP (Plant Maintenance Module and PP module). Significant experience in implementing various quality standards and techniques for improving operational efficiency along with cost savings, like ISO, TPM, TQM, WCM, Six Sigma etc. An effective communicator with excellent relationship, management skills and strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities.
