I have joined the mission "Fair Pay For Every Play" as Product Operations Manager.In this role:- I was closely working with cross-functional teams within the Product Creation organization to support implementing process improvements to help the team improve their product delivery practices.- Introducing and streamlining internal comms and cadences.- Facilitating Quarterly OKR review and planning workshops for cross-functional squads.- Supporting the squads in my Business Unit to better adapt and understand organizational restructure.- Together with my functional team identified and developed success metrics. - Supported the introduction of a new Product Stack for Product Managers.Unfortunately, due to the rapid change in the global macroeconomic situation company had to make significant layoffs.
