Project management and startup program development.The main goal - to disrupt the conservative tendencies and thinking that often takes place within large companies - by bringing the innovative, startup-inspired approaches to Deloitte’s ground.My main role was to establish the project management within the newly founded team, as well as to lead the projects focused on the cooperation with startups and companies from various areas (e.g. Legal, Human Capital, Internet of Things, Energy etc.). I've been also responsible for to co-designing the innovation program development.
