The EDI application was basically used for data migration process. Data from different vendors, customers and data from old legacy system was moved and loaded to STiNG product database using batch prosessing of perl scripts and shell scripts.As a part of this project I worked on the technologies like PL SQL, Perl scripts and shell scripts, Oracle forms 10g, Oracle reports 7.The company gave me an opportunity to be a part of Project "GO LIVE" phase in USA at the time of deployment of new System.I had contributed in the UAT fixes of the system when product went live and woreked on high priority quick fixes reported by end user of the system.My role was a Application Developer and i was responsible for time to time delivery of the requirements assigned to me.Interact with the seniors and client from overseas to get the clear picture of the requirement as and when needed.
