Helmed the digitalization of the integrated activity planning business in the Gulf of Mexico.Initiated, designed, and spearheaded a revamp of the Gulf of Mexico planning ecosystem by more effectively leveraging data and focusing on user experience. This digitalization effort reduced mechanical planning workload by 90%, enabled automated evaluation of behavioral patterns, and allowed for rapid connectivity to traditionally siloed data.Led the team that designed the first accepted dynamic new oil slippage models to predict actual delivery of Shell’s Gulf of Mexico rig fleet.

Provided technical support to Algeria Unconventionals joint venture with Statoil. Drove technical analysis for Shell engagement with Total’s Italian operations. Directly engaged with Shell non-operated ventures general manager and venture partners to influence both project economics and safety during a period when capital was highly constrained.Led the closeout of Shell Alaska Well Operations. Worked with asset stakeholders to develop a credible cost-reduction of 20MMUSD in the New Zealand onshore Wells business. Engaged with GM Well Abandonments to frame the Shell decommissioning liability (~$80 billion USD). Drove analysis-based cash flow in addition to existing NPV methodology, to allow senior management (EVP Wells and team) to focus on the right short-, mid-, and long-term decisions around activity, organizational staffing, divestments, and technology trials.
