• Escalation of any security incidents to the L2 SOC Analysts following certain SLAs.
• Provision of whitelisting and tuning suggestions to the Detection Engineers.
• Creation and enhancement of playbooks.
• Guidance provision and training new team members via shadowing.

• Deployment of FTS in a Kubernetes environment.
• Configuration of a testing environment and conduction of multiple testing activities.
• Creation and enhancement of playbooks and documentation.
• Creation of a detailed report outlining the respective procedure.
• Participation in multiple workshops and presentations.
