-Second in Command-Task distribution between team members and supervising their completion-Preparing WBR’s and other reports-Responsibility for recruitment of new team members-Investigating issues of inaccurate decisions to understand the root causesand implementing corrective steps to boost the quality-Managing performance of 15-20 agents-Tracking team quality, presenting audit findings, providing constructivefeedback and coaching to agents to ensure continuous improvement-Collaborating with training team to help develop improvement action plansand processes-Conducting refreshers and various trainings-Auditing agents performance both weekly and in the sprint form (daily form)-Performing root cause analysis-Attending client meetings and providing them with constructive feedbackregarding any ongoing changes in the project-Working closely with Team Leaders and Operations Manager to identifyknowledge gaps and improvement areas.
