My role expanded again to not only handle the sales for the Western Cape and International clients but managing of the installation teams following the quotes from conception to completion where needed. This allowed us to manage larger projects including those done internationally like Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique and Mauritius.During this time I sourced new product offerings (eg, printing service we offer directly on to the acoustic products).In order to make the sales/quote process better I developed a program with Visual Basic which reduced setting up the quotes. This automated working out some things like surface area and volume needed for spaces. It also tracked sales and expenditures which allowed me to pull basic reports. (I am currently working on an improved version of this as a web application using Asp.Net 6 MVC).My duties include:• Developing and maintained courteous and effective working relationships.• Development & design of sales material• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings• Working towards monthly or annual targets.• 3d Architectural Rendering for proposals• Sourcing of installation materials• Managing installation teams
