Responsible to coordinate with our most senior sustainment executive leaders and managers on the readiness trends and capability shortfalls of the current force.• Manage all personal and tasks associated with the collective exercise training of up to two Theater Sustainment Commands, five Expeditionary Sustainment Commands and ten sustainment brigades annually. Plan, prepare, implement, and oversee the exercise planning, training audience academics, execution of the Warfighter exercise and multiple after action reviews.• Synchronize and integrate with the Sustainment Center of Excellence on observations, gaps, trends, and shortfalls of the assigned force that emerge over time and messaging to the world wide force.• Focus on the Army’s most complex sustainment issues and offer solution sets that include how to link the Army enabling strategic sustainment formations bringing Industrial Base capability sets to the Army’s warfighting formations.
