Since then, it's been a wild ride of supporting engineering efforts, people ops as well as a large chunk of time with my hands still proudly buried in engineering and software development tasks.Some of my responsibilities and tasks during my time in this position are:- Development and management of CTV Ad Security products and scanning- Modern AI implementations into Confiant's AdTech Security stack- Scaling of Confiant's AdTech scanning and threat detection abilities- Working directly with product to formalize, expand on and implement Confiant's product offerings (both internal, external and Enterprise) in our domain- Better operationalize (through formalized processes, team working agreements, growth plans, etc) the engineering team as Confiant grows
