• Email Marketing - Utilized Constant Contact to create email marketing campaigns sent to customers. Increased the number of subscribers over 75% (or 12,000) in the first six months.• Event Planning - Responsible for creating all promotional material (w/ the help of another in house designer), including posters, flyers and web images for store events, new store openings, guest speakers, and all other promotional activities. • Print Design and Management - In charge of layout, proofing, production, and most design aspects for numerous weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly publications. Managed up to six other staff members, including marketing assistants and a graphic artist, and oversaw all in-house printing and deadlines.• Social Media Marketing - Managed Facebook and Twitter pages for both AKiN'S and its sister company, Chamberlin's Natural Foods in Florida.
