Responsible for Managing all Production aspects in the factory that is related to the manufacturing of all plastic components through the process of injection molding. Responsible for all staff hiring, training and development to standards that will support GMP, ISO9001 and ISO 13485. Part of team that is developing and implementation of all processes and procedures that will form part of the overall functioning of the factory to required standards.

-Plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) in order to safely and cost efficiently achieve production targets according to production plan in a multi-national, non-unionized environment.-Responsible for all contractors that are present in the Cast house while I am on shift.-Responsibility to do coaching in the team to achieve a high performance team that will take ownership and responsibility to be able to achieve company objectives.-Responsible to achieve maximum output of end product according to customer specifications.-Ensure that a high quality of products (ISO/TS16949), services, housekeeping and 5’S standards are maintained and improved in the operational area.-Practice and enforce health, safety and environment’s (OH&S) requirements.-Part of a "Critical Process Team" that investigate and develop improvement plans in the operational areas.-Assisting in developing and implementing safety analysis and procedures, quality controls, personnel selection and assessments as well as training materials.-Review work areas for potential issues and participate in resolving identified concerns.-Review daily maintenance/process effectiveness with maintenance and process team to identify opportunities for improvement.-Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes ( ex-fish bone principals), eliminate waste and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives.-Planning and preparation of equipment that needs to go down for shuts due to maintenance plan.

-Responsible to supervise skilled operators and maintenance personnel in a unionized environment, which operate different sections in the operational plant during shift.-Part of a selection of operational personnel that was responsible for startup/commissioning of a new section of the Casthouse that consist of Hertwich HDC lines.-Facilitating meetings around the balance score card (BSC) aspect as well as BAOS.-Responsible to maintain all health, safety and environment (OH&S) standards during shift and are the 16.2 assignee during shift after hours.-Quality inspections of end products during shift according to SOP's and ISO standards.-Responsible for coaching in the team to achieve a high performance team that will take ownership and responsibility to be able to achieve company objectives.-Planning with regards to training and development of personnel and conduct interviews if new recruitment is required.-Planning and preparation of equipment that needs to shut due to maintenance plan.-Act as Production Superintendent when required.
