My first assignment in the Swedish Mgmt, responsible for 5 regional managers (Branch Managers) at first, and soon all 11 of them. I was able to use my 10 years of experience as a Branch manager in different regions, different sizes, conditions, and stages - to support and challenge each Branch manager to reach their and their region's full potential. Being part of the Mgmt also means that I have supported the current MD in all areas to be able for PC Sweden to reach their goals.

I was offered to manage the largest branch of Academic Work Group with a revenue of 400 MSEK. We managed to grow our business by 50% with increased profit in 2018.

I got the opportunity to open our third branch in Stockholm. We were about 25 co-workers in the beginning, and we grow this PC by almost 100% in a year and a half.

P&L responsible for the region. When I started, the branch was in bad shape with red numbers due to high costs with declining revenue. I made a turn around my first six months and managed to build a committed team that reached new levels in revenue, profit, and market shares.

My first assignment as manager. Responsible for 5 AMs, experienced ones as well as rookies. Goalsetting, development, and succession planning were part of my daily work. During this time, I was part of the Branch Mgmt, and supported the Branch Manager to reach the Branch objectives.

Started from scratch with cold calls, 10-12 physical meetings per week, building a client base with both small clients to large agreements. Managed to reach the position as the sixth most successful AM amongst 55 in 2008.
