- Test engineering support for microwave telecommunication product manufacturing, including failure analysis, calibration of microwave test equipment/instruments, spare part management, and conducting weekly calls with customers.

- Provided process engineering support to design and implement the rack integration and packaging processes for microwave telecommunication products. This included creating detailed work instructions and training operators on their tasks.- Involved in the production area layout design and assembly, managed tooling procurement, oversaw quality control, and collaborated with an external contractor to build a custom packaging machine capable of rotating assembled racks (weighing 200-300 kg) from vertical to horizontal. - Worked with system engineers to develop a web-based assembly tracking system that visually guided operators throughout the process.

- Process engineering support for multiple high-mix & low-volume PCBA manufacturing lines, focusing on telecommunication products with significant New Product Introduction (NPI) activity.- Designed and manufactured custom tools and support plates in collaboration with external contractors. Developed detailed work instructions and conducted operator training.
