Collect and analyze banking domain knowledge related to Customer Onboarding, Product Design and Pricing, Multi-Channel Distribution, Customer Offer, Credit Rating and Policies, Underwriting, etc. Conduct market research on fintech space and API economy. Provide consulting and guidance for architecting and implementing solutions with Mitos Platform. Work with presales teams in solution demonstrations. Introduce and implement a comprehensive single page application (SPA) approach for banking applications, achieving superior user experience, consistency and responsive design support. Serve as agile culture facilitator to assist 5 cross-functional teams of 6 members each in maximizing work efficiency and improving continuously. Establish and promote practices for continuous integration, unit and integration testing, nexus, etc. Demonstrate ability to mentor and motivate personnel. Drive a curriculum-based program resulting in a capability-based training procedure. Establish peer-to-peer appraisals and manager’s scorecard.

Lead the research and development of iApplyNG BPMS (later named Atlas), a Business Process Management System aimed to replace the previous client-server iApply product for loan origination. Build an architecture combining Microsoft .NET (WF, WCF, Silverlight and ASP.NET) and various open standards and specifications (BPMN, XPDL, OASIS Human Task, OASIS CMIS, MISMO Logical Data Dictionary, et.al.) Achieve to spin-off the first versions of two standalone products: Decision Engine (a graphical tool for business rule management ) and i-DMS (a document management subsystem).Lead the implementation (requirements, architecture, design, development and support) and deliver enterprise-wide technology solutions like Online Franchise System for ELTA Courier, e-Forms for Relational, Sales Support System for Greek Yellow Pages, Online Properties Registry for EFG Property Services, et.al.
