- Working in APAC/EMEA/AMER time zones to provide online support for business client - Investment Banking- Performing level 2 tasks supporting risk platforms for calculating risk, PnL, TV reports for structured products- Performing level 2 tasks supporting the regional overnight batch delivery - Liaise with business on issues, outage management including SLA reporting - Liaise with Development teams for new releases to production environment- Infrastructure post upgrade testing and post release support - Liaise with the global support team for handovers, knowledge transfer and ensuring a standard model of support is implemented - Maintaining automated scripts and tools to manage the production environment- Monitoring of automated processes and infrastructure- Administration and troubleshooting in Windows Server 2008R2/2012/2016/2019- Data retrieval and reporting based on Oracle and MS SQL databases- Incident and problem management along with reporting to client (GSNOW/JIRA/GIT)- Participating in CAB meetings and BCM tests- Building domain knowledge/instructions in Confluence
