Acting as liaison between Clients and internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions per client needs and improving the entire client experience.Working upon the requirements from Clients and submitting the candidates including their screening and getting an offer from the Client.Build partnerships with new Clients and drive our Employer Branding initiatives and support open requisitions.Conduct daily and weekly meetings with Team Leads, Managers and Clients.Set Goals for the team and follow up with them on daily & weekly basis.Monitor Team performance and activity.Providing estimates for the efforts, schedule, cost, and staffing, based on project size.
