I am experienced and motivated Stability Section Leader SDPO with background of Drillships, Semi Submersibles and Jack-up’s.My drilling career started as a DPO on 5th generation Ultradeepwater Drill Ship where I was promoted to Senior DPO position and after some time to Stability Section Leader position. Later I worked on new 6th Generation Double Derrick Ultradeepwater Semi-Submersible where I went all way from DPO to Assistant Barge Master position. Now I am Stability Section Leader in major drilling company.As a Marine Section Leader I am second in command after OIM. In charge of deck operation and maintenance of the rig. Ensure that marine related activities are carried out in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, terms of contract and industry practices. Offload and backload cargo from supply boats. Records of hazardous products, lifting equipment and operations, control room activity, anchor handling. Stability of the rig, hull maintenance, helicopter operations, certain emergency response roles. Ensure that all deck equipment is within expired certificate date and all the time with safe standard. Implementing safety culture on board. Monitoring and conduct of appraisals on staff as required. Make recommendations with regard to further training and promotions.
