Since 1995 I have acquired in depth working knowledge of various IT systems, especially in the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Desktop, Server, Exchange and Active Directory environments. Having applied this knowledge in the working environment has provided me with extensive analytical and software experience, thus enabling me to be able to investigate and resolve complex application, networking, LAN and WAN problems.
