CurrentCollaborate with suppliers , Freight forwarders & Customs officials to ensure smooth transportation and custom clearance । Coordinate and managing import shipments । Planning and managing logistics, storage and transportation of finished goods across India and overseas and arrange Proper storage /Bays for finished goods at Plants | Timely pickup from suppliers and deliveries to Customer । Managing & Controlling overall logistics cost । Cost reduction, Alternate sourcing, import substitution and rate negotiation and increase credit terms । Developing new transporters, alternate and cost-effective modes of transport, Optimizing warehousing operations, e-procurement, Zero Premium freight and demurrage charges ,manage company's overall supply chain focused on Capital Purchase plant and machinery procurements ।∆ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives ∆ Warehouse Management: Manage and optimize the operations of all warehouses across world ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfilment, and delivery ∆ Procurement: Lead procurement efforts, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure costeffective sourcing of materials, products, and services to support the needs of our operations.∆ Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for desired operations.∆ Logistics and Distribution: Manage the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products within the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery to customers while minimizing transportation costs.∆ Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and streamline operations.∆ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, and develop contingency plans.
