It aims at reducing the cost of installation and management by simplifying operational tasks through automated mechanisms such as self-configuration and self-optimization.Under this project, development of core modules of SON are being done as MRO,CCOPT and CMF. Mobility Robustness Optimization (MRO) is used to optimize LTE network in terms of Handover Failuire rate and CCopt in terms of Coverage and Capicity. This profile uses the Generic Object Exchange profile (GOEP) as a base profile to define the interoperability requirements for the protocols needed by the applications. The most common devices using these usage models can be (but are not limited to) PCs, notebooks, and PDAs. FTP defines how folders and files on a server device can be browsed by a client device.
