Working with small to medium size corporations to provide Cybersecurity and IT Management consulting. Using NIST, PCI, and other frameworks, provide gap analysis for your cybersecurity protection including CUI data. Provide policies and procedures necessary for the NY SHIELD Act. Provide VCISO and VCIO support.

Responsible for IT Security, IT Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture. Reporting to the CIO and a member of the leadership team that manages all IT related activity at Kodak. Also the IT representative for the following functional units at Kodak: HR, Corporate Security, Corporate Risk Management, Health & Environmental Services, and Legal.

Responsible for the Enterprise Systems at Kodak. This includes oversight of our global SAP system, MDM, Middleware, Business Intelligence, Master Data Governance, and Enterprise Architecture. In addition I lead the Center of Excellence for our IT Methodology which manages all IT projects and enhancements. Responsibility includes global budgets, contract negotiations, and vendor management. I acted as program director of our largest initiatives which include our Service System replacement and the integration of 5 companies into our global SAP system. These acquisitions make up a large portion of the new Kodak. This work has included the integration of cloud and mobile solutions with Kodak in-house systems.

Responsible for the globalizing of HR policies, procedures, functions, and data in 57 countries. This included the establishment of a shared services organization and the installation of SAP HR, including payroll in the US.

Responsible for the SAP Basis, SA's, DBA's and Level 3 SAP application support groups managing our mission critical datacenter. During this time, we successfully relocated our primary datacenter and our first disaster recovery tests. Formed a performance management team and began archiving programs. Managed the Euro conversion.

Responsible for the implementation of SAP ERP modules for Kodak. Manged the first 5 major releases at Kodak that installed SAP in over 20 countries, 200 sites, in 17 languages with over 5,000 end users. This included the development of an installation methodology, tools, support procedures that crossed both application and technical work groups.

Developed a reengineering methodology for Kodak and work on several major reengineering projects through out the company including one large divestiture activity.
