I focus on technology, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, data sharing, privacy, digital media distribution, regulatory communications, competition law, intellectual property law and contract negotiations. Over the last 25 years I have advised clients in the ICT sector, such as digital media distributors, mobile and broadband companies, software providers, collaboration platform providers. My experience span from negotiating commercial transaction to regulatory issues, including large outsourcing projects and M&A involving technology businesses. I also advise on general commercial legal issues, contract law, corporate law and representing clients in court disputes and regulatory tribunals as well as merger procedures on national and international level. In addition to a law degree, I hold a bachelors' degree in international business. Combined with in house counsel experience with Telenor and strategic advisor to a number of telecommunication clients, I have established a thorough understanding of commercial and technological issues as well as economic modelling, in particular in the telecommunications field.For several years I have consistently received top rankings in Norwegian and international rankings, such as Global Counsel, Legal 500 and Chambers (see links below).
