I'm Tamil Selvan K, a Junior Engineer with hands-on 4 years experience in testing and validating various components for Electric Vehicle projects, specifically Ola and Ather projects, as well as Nokia's project , Nokia Future phone, Mi & samsung smart phones project In my previous roles, I managed a team of testers responsible for conducting hardware testing and validation for Electric Vehicle (EV) projects, as well as developing test plans and test cases based on project requirements. I've also performed calibration, Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GRR) analysis, and process capability analysis (CPK) ,SPC,FMAS for testing equipment, as well as developed Lab VIEW programs to automate testing procedures and improve productivity.I possess strong skills in identifying and reporting issues and defects, as well as troubleshooting problems that happen in mobile testers like audio tester, RF tester, power tester, etc. I am also responsible for troubleshooting of testers failures and provide quick solutions to reduce downtime for production target achievement.My ability to work independently as well as a team member makes me a valuable addition to any organization. With excellent communication and collaboration skills, I am proficient in managing teams and delegating tasks.
