Directly responsible for the asset Security, General Administration, Government Liaison & Safety of the hotel. • Maintaining liaison with various Government departments to ensure smooth functioning of various hotel functions. • Implementing and Developing Security Procedures, Protocols and Policies. • Planning and coordinating with various Security operations for the Organizations functions. • Monitoring Security expensed as well as controlling budgets for all Security Operations. • Proficiently handling the Head of States Delegations, Celebrities and VVIP visits. (Handled French President during his visit in Taj Chandigarh). • Maintaining direct contact with Crime Branch, CBI, RAW, Intelligence Bureau, Police for various liaison purposes, looking after the Security & Safety aspects of the hotel and its property. • Managing all Internal and External Audits such as JD (Hygiene and Safety), FLS (Fire & Lift Safety), TPAM (Taj Procedure Assurance Module). • Record and notify all Risk, deviation from hotel safety standards and any untoward incidents. • Maintaining and renewal of various licenses with Government Agencies. • Ensure compliance and all Security Standards and preventive measures.
