CurrentAs a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager in the service industry, I oversee the recruitment and hiring process to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent. My duties include managing a team of recruitment professionals, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring that staffing levels meet operational needs. I collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.Additionally, I manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. I am responsible for building strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and industry networks to source diverse talent. I also monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and continuously improve processes. My role involves staying up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment technology to ensure the company’s competitive edge in attracting skilled employees.
