IE Responsibilities* Develop SMV by the implementation of PMTS (MTM-2) through GSD Data.* Develop a well-organized SMV database for further use* Analyze & provide SMV costing* Prepare Operation Bulletin with required information (Product & Process SMV, Balancing Target, Line Balancing, Manpower, Machine, Balancing Loss etc.)* Work simplification for smooth work flow* Develop SOP to standardize operation* Eliminate Non-value Adding activities by developing VSM* Analyze overall manufacturing systems to maximize overall efficiency* Develop Lean culture & provide training on Lean.* Develop Team concept, train everyone & shift production line into cell to cellular manufacturing.* Prepare the KPI to evaluate factory performance.* Implementation of Lean tools (TPS, 5S, 7 Waste, Kanban, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, CPM, Cause effect analysis, JIT, Six sigma, OEE etc.)Planning Responsibilities* Prepare MPS/TNA for smooth production planning* Ensure smooth line feeding & Shipment (30 Line Shirt & Ladies Dress Project)* Capacity analysis & booking* Analyze learning curve & Lead time distribution chart* Provide line loading plan for sewing line & prepare GANTT Chart* Make schedule for Cutting, Print, Embroidery, Sewing, Wash & finishing* Coordinate with merchandising, print, embroidery & wash unit.Development Work:* Develop automatic MPS preparation based on order confirm & ship date for Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Print & Embroidery, Sewing, & Finishing in Excel Sheet* Develop automatic Gantt chart preparation in Excel Sheet* Develop automatic SMV data creation sheet with GSD Data in Excel Sheet* Develop Standard Operation Bulletin (OB) format* Develop thread consumption format
