This ensured income driving data creating software was functional in real time-Acted as Lead Operator for high profile shows.-Started and monitored outbound and inbound transmissions using Proprietary Control Center software, ZIXI, and AWS Elemental for each live show. -Managed transmissions using workflows and troubleshooting guides created by Engineering. -Coordinated with various Broadcast stakeholders on all transmission related technical issues. -Monitored network and broadcast system health through ZIXI, AWS Elemental and IneoQuest. -Monitor broadcasts for quality issues on video switcher AMPP for ad insertion on various streaming platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.-Troubleshoot network and transmission issues with the Engineering Team based on ZIXI, AWS Elemental, and IneoQuest data. -Attend regular meetings with various stakeholders to ensure past and future shows were well documented and requirements met.
