Worked at this small but busy stop inside a busy California shopping mall for a year, only quitting due to a location change. The job taught me to work efficiently and fast while maintaining a reputation with our customers and the mall we were located in. I got along well with everyone there and never hesitated to step in when I saw a problem among my coworkers in hopes for a peaceful work environment. My time there also gave me essential skills needed for the workforce: retail and food preparation; Both which are now used in my everday life as I apply them to my current job. Specific details of the job include learning and memorizing how to prepare several different recipes of both food and drinks, all of which I grasped in a few weeks time with patience. There was also taking orders involved, done through a computer menu program that I learned as well. It was a job that required physical labor as well as speed, which I was able to produce during my shifts.
