I obtained a french PhD degree from the unviersity of Pierre and Marie Curie in 1994.I worked 3 years as a pre sale engineer at Stratus Corporation. I was involved in pre -sale activities in EMEA of the ISIS toolkit a fault-tolerant middleware on top of TCP/IP. In 1997, I have joined Nortel Matra Celullar as a technical expert on Fault Tolerant protocols to implement a reliable middleware. In 1999, I was appointed as a R&D manager of 15 designers. From 2002 to 2005, I have worked in the system architect group in charge of technical studies on both UMTS (UTRAN) and GSM (GERAN) access networks. In 2005, I was appointed as a GSM Product Manager in charge of GSM BSC/TCU adaptation to new market requests (cost reduction, capacity Increase, optical interfaces, geo-redundant solution, voice quality improvements) in collaboration with Nortel 3GPP standard experts. in 2009, I moved to Kapsch Carrier Com which acquired Nortel GSM to address railway telecomunication markets with strong focus on GSM-R.My role has then evolved to a program manager in charge of next generation products to replacelegacy Nortel gears.Since 2010, I have managed multiple programs at Kaspch with various external partners in respect of timeline and budget.
