Responsible for the ongoing management of the NSW On Premise sales team (value of $5.8 million) and On Premise Channel for NSW (+$25 million), achieving sales and profit targets, managing trade spend, growing and developing new business via the implementation and execution of account plans and securing contract agreements through new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities included the management of key customer accounts through structured business planning, implementation and execution & reviews of trade marketing initiatives as well as managing NSW’s largest liquor wholesaler (ALM). The role included achieving sales and profit targets, managing trade spend and accruals, wholesale stock management and measure the impact to the business unit sales position. The role also required presentation of NPD as part of a category approach, providing market and category insights in joint planning sessions, identifying new business opportunities within key customers and working closely with the NSW Sales Management Team.

Responsibilities included the management of key NSW On Premise Accounts (including Merivale, Solotel, Keystone) through joint business planning, implementation and execution & reviews of marketing initiatives. The role included achieving sales and profit targets, managing trade spend and accruals, securing major tenders and contracts, working closely with the marketing business unit to implement through the line activations that brought Pernod Ricard brands to life in On Premise venues. The role also required quantifying the sales opportunity within non-called on On Premise venues and groups and developing an On Premise strategy for NSW.
