I’m experienced R&D Manager with strong background in software development mostly in Retail Area. During the years, I lead the software development process through many big projects and numbers of other small ones, motivating staff with my team spirit, innovation, strong leadership and decision making.In most of the projects I was recognized by the business and other IT professionals as a person, who can research and deliver IT solutions. In the past years, Service Oriented Architecture became my passion and approach, which can put business and IT on one and the same page. My main focus is on Software Development, Team management , but I also provide key expertise in Project Management/Coordination and Hiring staff.
