Lead the design and implementation of the "Configuration and Software Upgrade" subsystem of Netra HA cluster, responsible for its design and for writing a large part of that software subsystem, as well as for managing a small team of developers to deliver this critical and advanced subsytem.Core developer and technical lead for multiple subsystems and major features of Solstice Enterprise Manager (SEM) software platform.

Senior software engineer and team lead. Lead implementation of multiple projects in the areas of wireless communications for the iDEN cellular network focusing on fault, configuration and network management. Developed and implemented in production an Expert System for fault management of wireless networks. Major contributor to several subsystems within the Operations and Maintenance Center (OMC) platform for iDEN.

Designed, implemented, and tested software for the real-time provisioning and billing of wireless switches.

Performed applied research and implementation of heuristic search and constraint optimization algorithms for real-time traffic route optimization.
