Movetia is the Swiss agency for exchange and mobility. It is sponsored by the Swiss Foundation for the Promotion of Exchanges and Mobility (SFAM). We want all young people to take part in an extended exchange and mobility scheme at least once during the course of their education. And we strive to ensure that exchange and mobility are firmly anchored in education policy. We fund and support exchange and mobility projects and activities in education and training, both in Switzerland and abroad and both in schools and in the extracurricular sphere. We link up organisations and institutions in the area of exchange and mobility and bring together providers of projects and activities and those who are keen to get involved.

I developed, established, and led an innovative training institute for the Swiss hospitality industry. My responsibilities included managing a team of experts and numerous external lecturers. I designed and delivered a comprehensive training portfolio in the areas of digital leadership, digital marketing, and revenue management. My tasks also involved developing and implementing concepts such as the "Pop-Up Academy" and the "Swiss Innovation Day" conference format. I secured various funding for national and international collaboration projects and made several international appearances as a lecturer and speaker. Additionally, I maintain an extensive network both in Swiss tourism and internationally in the field of hospitality technology.

In my role as Education Manager, I was responsible for developing an innovative training project for Swiss tourism within a consultancy firm, which later led to the founding of a company. I established the structural foundations from infrastructure and technological implementations to organizational development. Additionally, I developed various training and event formats in the areas of revenue management, digital marketing, and innovation. My work significantly contributed to the professionalization and digitalization of training offerings. My duties included close collaboration with industry experts and the continuous improvement of educational programs. I successfully introduced and established new training formats.

As a research associate at the University of Bern, I was responsible for the qualitative part of the time-limited research project "Exploring the interdisciplinarity of concepts". I planned, conducted, and evaluated expert interviews for the project under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Fred Mast at the Institute of Psychology. This project aims to investigate the influence of different disciplines on the definition of concepts used interdisciplinarily. The research project combines quantitative and qualitative methods to reveal the cognitive structure of concepts such as religion and time.

In my position as Head of Entrepreneurial Training at HotellerieSuisse, I was responsible for the association's entire training portfolio. I designed, marketed, and led training programs, coordinating one employee and approximately 40 external lecturers. As the program director of the NDS HF Hotel Management and the reception@hotelleriesuisse program, I was also responsible for the academic quality and relevance of the programs. I conducted training sessions and workshops in quality management for Swiss tourism. My tasks also included the further development of educational offerings in line with industry needs. I initiated and implemented numerous successful educational initiatives. My work contributed to improving the professional skills and career development of the participants.

I acted as the deputy director and led a team of several lecturers. My main tasks included supervising an international student body and ensuring the academic quality of the programs. My work contributed to the professional and personal development of the students. Through my efforts, I was able to improve the educational standards and the international reputation of the school.
