In late 2012, Congregation Ohr Chadash merged with Golf Manor Synagogue.

 Created the Kollel Retreat Center, and took the program from its inception to serving over 200 Jews a year. In 2010, the program morphed into Congregation Ohr Chadash. Served as Pastoral Caregiver: marriage counseling, personal counseling, visiting the sick, performing lifecycle events Created and ran the Cincinnati Chapter of NCSY (National Conference of Synagogue Youth). The chapter now services close to 50 Jewish Teens a year. Prepared, promoted, and taught weekly classes in subjects ranging from Jewish History to the Hebrew Language to Textual Analysis. Administered the business end of the congregation-marketing, accounting, graphic design, web design, and social media.  Directed two learning missions to Israel-coordinated the details of the trip, served as one of the tour guides on the bus, recruited and followed up with all participants, handled the business end of the trip. Personally raised over $400,000
