The Yoga Xperience is a one day event designed to immerse attendees in yoga, art and wellness after a devastating pandemic. Natalie Johnson has been a yoga practitioner since 2002 and immediately felt this lifestyle was a total transformation for her body and mind while providing a calmness to her everyday stress. Her mission is to expand consciousness through movement, share the wisdom she has obtained from 20 years of practicing and enlighten her students with extensive knowledge of our energy centers. She is also a commissioned artist working with Resin, Acrylics and Micah to create functional pieces that add art design to everyday homes with tables, headboards, cutting boards, trays, and art pieces for your wall. Natalie’s goal is to support a local non-profit veteran program, Permission To Start Dreaming Foundation’s monthly Veteran’s Huddle where veterans gather to find support through sharing everyday challenges and discovering solutions to their Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The everyday struggle for veterans coming home with PTSD is overwhelming and many are unable to access the resources they need, thankfully as awareness has increased programs to help are on the rise, such as the Veteran’s Huddle. She has worked with this foundation since 2019 and has a passion for all veterans that have served in our military. Her goal is to cultivate a healing environment that is encouraging and uplifting, renewing excitement for life post pandemic.
