Project: Green Cities Initiative Pilot Project in Rajshahi. Duties and Responsibilities:1. Analyzed laws, acts, policies and plans related to urban food systems, the environment and local government and compiled secondary data from the literature review.2. Developed a Stakeholder Analysis Matrix integrating the impact, influence, relevance to GCI, possible contribution, strength, and engagement strategy of all relevant stakeholders in Rajshahi city related to urban agriculture, forestry, food systems, environmental activities, planning and development. A Green City Charter was subsequently drafted as a result of this Stakeholder Analysis Matrix.3. Developed GIS maps for Rajshahi City and produced inception report and workshop presentations.4. "Urban Living Labs for climate-sensitive environmental management in 4 cities in Bangladesh" project. This is a Joint International Research Project (JIRP) collaborative research project led by Humboldt University Berlin, the GIZ LICA project, and Bangladesh Agricultural University.Responsibilities included (not limited to):research design, empirical research, analysis/writing for study JIRP Bangladesh.

Project: “Revision of Functional Master Plan and Detailed Area Plan to make the Rajshahi Metropolitan Development Plan (RMDP) Disaster Risk Sensitive”Duties and Responsibilities:1. Designed, coordinated, and supervised surveys and studies including land use surveys, urban economic surveys, participatory rapid appraisals, environmental surveys, transportation surveys, and geophysical and geotechnical surveys.2. Reviewed all project deliverables, such as Mobilization Report, Inception Report, Survey Completion Report, Interim Report, Working Papers and Final Report. 3. Ensured effective coordination between RDA, Consulting Firms, the City Corporation, officials of the Local Government and the stakeholders for feedback in order to obtain the best possible outcomes from the planning process.4. Ensured compliance with project timelines. Monitored project progress and provided necessary updates. 5. Organized and facilitated meetings for Technical Management Committees (TMC), Project Steering Committees (PSC), Project Implementation Committees (PIC) as well as Stakeholder Meetings, Public Hearings and a National Level Seminar on the prepared master plan.

Project: Eco-Farming Village (Agro-Industry) in Gopalganj, Bangladesh.Context: This agro-industry aimed to converge numerous aspects of eco-friendly and indigenous farming technologies, which, as a business establishment, not only contributes to the client's profitability but also builds economic growth and increases per capita average income in the area.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Conducted a feasibility study (permits and legal challenges, capacity analysis, distribution routes, environmental considerations, revenue and expenditure assumptions, and SWOT analysis) and prepared a detailed report summarizing the findings and recommending further action.2. Developed a layout plan that accommodated different zones (farming area, agro-industry, storage, staff housing, and residential area) and distributed utilities efficiently on 32 acres or 13 hectares of the project site.

Duties and responsibilities were:1. Planning and designing optical fibre cable networks throughout the Dhaka Metropolitan area, specifically Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Banasree and Bashundhara Residential Area for the project “FTTH / FTTX / GPON network planning and design of Dhaka City”2. Coordination and supervision of Physical Feature Survey, Topographic Survey, Landuse Survey and Cost Estimation while planning the optical fibre networks.3. Using NagiOS Core to maintain the optical fibre network in Dhaka metropolitan city and Bangladesh.
