Sr. Program ManagerNet new IT organization within BOA supporting 5 business channels. Major program initiatives were facilitation of a new data center (NOC), Agile/Scrum based software application development supporting national off lease vehicle system, LAN/WAN design and implementation supporting national LOB presence. Agile methodology was used throughout program roll out. Multiple concurrent projects were underway within the first year, the environment was dynamic in nature and presented a very exciting work environment. Managed build out of the Jacksonville based server farm of 150 Solaris and Windows servers supporting 12,000 clients nationally and 2,700 clients locally. Considerations included power consumption planning, tracking, disaster recovery planning, backup retention to meet stakeholder requirements and guidelines.Project teams consisted of business stakeholders, DBA's, Dev Ops, Security, LAN/WAN Engineering, help desk/customer support, facilities, telecommunications. Depending on the particular project teams often were geographically dispersed across time zones thus requiring a higher degree of coordination.
