I aim to provide holistic project management driven by strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for design, and meaningful community engagement. With accrued experience working in all levels of government, I have helped to deliver a variety of projects that range from strategic plans and development plans to market analyses and development proposals. My role as both a team leader and a team player in these projects has allowed me to understand the importance of group dynamics and continually engaging with the stakeholders. I strongly believe in the power of 'design thinking', and it's ability to catalyze innovative ideas through healthy, transparent communication and human-centric processes. An interest in tactical urbanism and community-led initiatives has led me to organizing events around my city in support of the local arts community, as well as advocating for various urban issues (e.g. accessibility). Many small actions can lead to a much bigger change, and through these actions, we can transform our environment into sustainable, resilient, and inclusive communities.
