 Meeting with clients, consultants. Technical discussion with DEWA engineers. Material arrangements for site. Making BOQ & QUOTATIONS. Electrical Drawings & Load Schedule preparations (Villa, Warehouses, Towers, Residential buildings, Supermarkets, Restaurants & Any Fit-out works). HV, LV cable laying, trench layouts for Substation/electrical rooms according to DEWA rules & regulations. Preparing& follow-ups of DCD drawings (Fit out& Warehouses). DCD online submissions only in DCD portal. Preparing drawings for low voltage works/fire alarm, CCTV. Preparing HVAC drawings (Fit out only) Electrical LV and HV testing in the machines/DBs/SMDBs (Current, Voltage, Earthresistance, Megger testing & Power factor) Online/Offline drawing submissions, follow-ups With TECOM/TRAKHEES (Free zone authorities). Attending DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) inspections. Submission for NOC, Drawing approval in DEWA Portal. Inspecting all the electrical works in site as per the DEWA rules and regulations. Making drawings (As build) as per the site conditions. Explaining works to the colleagues. Man power Arrangement. Parts storage maintenance. Coordinating with team members. Submitting daily progress reports to the management. Assessing final documentation. Steel calculation for warehouses. Area Calculation as per DM standards. DM/DCD/DEWA/RTA/Local authorities approval works (Sales) Excavation, Road cutting works for DEWA cable laying inside the plots
