Plato Doundoulakis has managed a full range of environmental studies including hydrogeologic mapping, ground-water and surface-water supply investigations and permitting, landfill assessments, site characterization and remediation of petroleum contaminated soil and groundwater, cleanup at RCRA sites, park planning and design, water quality management, SWPPPs, NPDES permitting, MS4 permitting, wetland delineation and creation, wetland treatment systems, and environmental site assessments for property transactions.Mr. Doundoulakis currently serves as co-chair of the Waste Task Force of the Connecticut Business & Industry Association’s Environment Policies Council. He is a member of the ASTM Committee E50 on Environmental Assessment, Risk Management and Corrective Action. He has managed numerous projects covering a diverse range of services including investigation of sites regulated by CERCLA, RCRA Connecticut’s Remediation Standard Regulations as well as other state regulations.
