My law practice focuses on litigation in federal and state courts. After serving almost six years with the US Department of Justice as a prosecutor and commercial litigator in customs and international trade law in Washington, D.C., I returned to private practice in my hometown in Allentown, Pennsylvania. I now serve as statewide insurance bad faith counsel for GEICO Corporation and represent other insurance companies and their insureds in premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and automobile litigation. My expertise extends to the state Orphan's Court where I have tried Wills and Estates matters.
