* Designed and developed prototype of lending platform for new tenants in Figma and Webflow, which was used to pitch concept to Compass Real Estate. * Pitched Compass to obtain Letter of Intent towards a pilot program in their NYC offices, integrating Kubbi into their application process. * Engaged heavily in the fundraising process, including pitch development and presentation with incubators, angel investors and venture capitalists.

* Developed and executed project plan towards the development of a rental car app in NYC, allowing users to rent EVs by the hour on the spot. * Conducted a pilot program in NYC for 4 weeks, renting out all 20 vehicles across 5 parking lots for the entire duration of the program. * Managed development of rental and fleet management API towards licensing agreements with luxury hotels around the world.

* Lead development of numerous web games for Cartoon Networks websites, supporting their largest brands at the time: Adventure Time, Teen Titans Go!* Created augmented reality image scanner for publisher CRC Press to allow integration of their textbooks with mobile companion apps. * Developed a mobile game around internal intellectual property, Fat Ninja, which reached top 10 rankings in App Store listings.
