The firm was voted SBIC of the year in 2012. During 2011 and 2012, I worked as an Associate Intern with Petra while pursuing an MBA at Vanderbilt. While at Petra, I evaluated investment opportunities in the business services, healthcare, and information technology sectors -- creating pro forma pricing models, company/industry diligence, and credit profiles to deliver recommendations to the firm. As well, I helped the firm monitor portfolio companies by tracking financial performance, debt covenants, valuations, and key developments integrating the updates into LP reports.

Harpeth Capital is a boutique middle-market investment bank with a healthcare focus. At Harpeth, I structured valuation analyses, performed due diligence, created marketing materials, and pitched opportunities to prospective investors.

At a startup Department of Defense contractor, I launched and directed projects ($10mm-$30mm in contract size). The roles required project management, consulting, marketing, client management, forecasting, and the management direct reports.

At Merrill Lynch, I supported Senior Financial Advisers in performing client services, executing trade orders, conducting market research, and preparing presentation materials for client meetings.
