- Configure various charging stations.- Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of vehicle charging issues.- Support the team in managing inventory components (orders, receipts, shipments, etc.).- Conduct technical visits to clients.- Commission the infrastructure and charging stations.- Collaborate with teams, including engineering, project management, and product development, to improve efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Analyze service issues at the customer's location, replace connection components, restore service, and, if necessary, demonstrate to the customer the defects in their devices and their proper functioning.- Perform all necessary work to connect the customer's devices to the network.- Promote the various services offered by Vidéotron and attempt to retain customers who wish to discontinue these services.- Report any incidents that could affect the proper functioning of the network, check the legality of customer connections, and correct any violations.- When required, patrol, detect, and correct sources of interference in the customer's installation.
